Return Eligibility – 30-Day Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
 

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be shipped to our designated return address—not to the original breeder or manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products (e.g., eBooks, training guides)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Perishable items (e.g., treats, supplements)

Partial Refunds – When Applicable

In specific cases, partial refunds may be granted:
  • Used books with visible signs of wear
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
  1. Send you a confirmation email.
  2. Notify you of approval or rejection.
  3. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund:
  • Recheck your bank account

  • Then your bank, as processing times vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges – For Damaged or Defective Items Only

 
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To initiate an exchange:

We’ll replace it with the same item or offer a suitable alternative if out of stock.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift:
  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
  • Once processed, we’ll email or mail you a gift certificate.
If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will go directly to them.

Shipping & Returns
